We ordered anengine from them under awarranty and mysons truck has been without avehicle for 4months. because nutech wont cooperate with auto zone who sells for them orus. auto zone has been fighting with them forus. however weget nowhere. they are complete scam and weare taking them tocourt. this isthe worst company Ihave ever ever had todeal with they are scammer..

This isthe company Auto Zone uses for engines. Icalled with questions before Ispent $4k onan engine for mytruck. IWAS NOT IMPRESSED, very vague answers, was not reassured

Installed engine 2-10-2022. Rear main seal leaked after 30minutes ofrunning onlift. Pcv system was cleaned attime ofengine install. Purchased through Autozone for myshop. Was told 2-11-2022bymarcus toreplace rear main seal. Installed dye and ran engine. Removed engine taking pictures along theway. Leak from dye shows rear main seal. Remove seal with the Lisle 58430 that will not scratch the surface ifyou have used the tool and seenit. Iwas told bymarco toinspect the seal surface. Hestressed this. Upon inspection the crank had 4or 5divots onthe crank. Noway itcould seal. Itook close uppictures ofthe tool used toremove itand the seal where the tool pulled against the seal. When icalled. 2-14-2022Ihad tocall 3times before hetried tocall back. Iemailed 3—4times thatday. Even called and left amessage for the supervisor mark burger. Noreturn call from mark. 2-15-2022Finally got marco. Hesaid hecould not view myfiles because they were sent through myhotmail and hecould not openit. Hefinally opened them and the first words out ofhis mouth were ” those look fresh boss” like iam the one who scratched and put the divots inthe crank. Itnever moved out ofthe shop. Numerous emais back and forth still telling meits myfault. Sent pictures ofthe removal and the tool used toremoveit. The most disrespectful people ihave ever had todeal with. Still noreturn from asupervisor. Iam tempted toreturn the motor and try something else. The fighting with the warranty administrator marco noreturn calls from supervisors you are lockedin. Icant imagine having aproblem down the road and fighting with this company again. They finally said they will send areplacement engine. Ithink the way this will gois nolabor claim tobe payed for their mistake upon assembling the engine. Already laying the ground work for itbeing myfault aswell asopenly saying its myfault. Not away torun abusiness guys....… – show

DONOT!!but DONOT buy engines from these place, 2engines from August totoday and now timing coverbad, send pics toMarcus and guy hasn’t reply meback!! spoke with Chance, Marcus ishis Boss, told him that Isent pics toMarcus and hedenyit!! Pathetic, now amstuck with anew engine with notiming cover, will take engine soon out and give itto AUTOZONE and get mymoney back plus extra fees.

Ordered anengine Feb22. Ittook one month for them totell meit got lost inshipping after being told itwas intampa anhour away from the shop. They ordered another motor for meand itwas installed and found tobe defective. Inever even say inthe driver's seatyet. Now ten weeks inand there warranty department claims they will only pay half ofthe labor toswap their defective motor. Iwill begoing through the courts with this asthey have cost meway more than three months ofmy timebut mymental stability. Can't work and bills falling behind. They truly don't care about what they cause. For everyone toknow mymotor was ordered from you dude. Yes from california. Say all you want but bottom line the motor came from you and I'm sodiscussed with your service.

I ordered acylinder head through these people and wasn't shipped out until the day Iwas supposed toreceive itand their customer service ishorrible can't get nobody toanswer the phone after calling for hours and still got noanswer

Wow, shocked that this crook isstill inbusiness. Before you doanything, look athis legal history. The negative reviews here are NOT ajoke! Henot only doesn't know what heis doing, but hewill rob you blind. Fortunately, Igot avery good judge, and hewas not able tooutmaneuver the legal system. Ittook years toget back some money, but itwas not even close towhat Ilost.

The numbers matching block istoast. DONOT use NuTech racing systems from the strip. 5kbuild and his excuse was it's mycooling system. The pictures ofmismatched caps stamped with the same number and because ofthat mis match scraped the counter weight ofthe crank causing flake havoc. Lifters are toast, and cylinder walls are scrapped toshut. Thanks for the great build buddy.

had a2005hemi failure with broken valve seats, nutech diagnosed every part and did aoutstanding job onremachining everything and getting the parts and work done quickly and accurately. Everything fit properly and the motor assembled easily. could'nt ask for anything else

This isan Intelligent person who has somuch knowledge about engine's and the complete inner workings that most people can't wait tobe able tohave him work ontheir motor! Itis aMachine shop not just abasic auto repair shop. Hespecializes inhigh performance racing engines. Iam very proud tobe working for Britt. Ilearn something new everyday! Heisn't someone who will just talk agood game, hetells you how itis and sometimes how itwill beand ifyou don't listen and dowhat hetells you isbest for the most performance out ofthe motor then well you will bepaying other shop's over and over again and still not get itright.… – show
